Step 1: Ensure that you have a conferencing account. WFF Team Members who do not have a Qwest Conferencing account can enroll by obtaining their manager’s approval and completing the Technology Service Request Form at http://enetwork/bu/tech/dept/tsm/request/disclaimer.asp . Step 2: Have the latest version of the web conferencing software installed. Complete a Technology Service Request Form (TSR) at http://enetwork/bu/tech/dept/tsm/request/disclaimer.asp to have the latest version of the client software installed to effectively host your next conference. After completing the installation right click on the Meeting Launcher icon in the lower right corner of your screen (the system tray) and Enter Conference Manager to update your account under Settings >Preferences > Personal Account information>Save. After updating your Personal Account Information use the Outlook Calendar tools to schedule your first meeting. Note- if you don’t see the launcher icon on your taskbar, go to Start>Programs>Meeting Center>Meeting Center to add the launcher.
