Technical Support is available 24 x 7 by calling 1-800-283-1479 or 1-703-530-5188 (or *10* once you have joined a conference)

 

It is always best to contact technical support while an issue is in progress so they may isolate and track the source of the issue for correction.

 

Your Phone

For best audio quality, avoid using cell phones, cordless phones, desktop speakerphones as they can contribute to audible interference (static, hum, buzz, echo, feedback)

 

If interference persists, pick up the handset to of your speakerphone (if possible) and have participants do the same. 

 

If you are still experiencing interference have technical support join your call in progress by hitting *10* on your phone key pad.

 

If the * key does not work on your phone dial technical support directly at 1-800-283-1479 or 1-703-530-5188

 

No Answer?

While waiting to joining a conference, check your invitation to make sure you have the correct date and time of the conference.  Check your email to make sure there has not been an update or cancellation. 

 

Contact the moderator directly (via phone or email) if you are unable to join the scheduled conference.

 

Trouble Connecting?

After verifying the correct date and time of the conference you are still having trouble connecting to a conference, simply dial technical support at 1-800-283-1479 or 1-703-530-5188.   Please have the meeting number and dial in number available.

 

 

Disconnected?

If you have been prematurely disconnected from a conference simply dial back in and rejoin the meeting.  Please keep in mind if using a cell phone your connection on a conference call can easily be dropped like any other call when using a cell phone. 

 

If you are repeatedly dropped from a call, please call tech support at 1-800-283-1479 or 1-703-530-5188 immediately to report the issue.  Please have the meeting number and dial in number available.
